Booking Conditions

Deposit

A deposit is required for long term bookings and must be at least 30% of the amount of the stay to be made by online credit card, bank transfer or Satispay.
 

Arrival

Arrival must take place on the designated day from 12 noon to 2pm and from 6.30pm to 10pm.
The balance will be paid in advance by online credit card or Satispay when checking in online and uploading the documents to fulfil the bureaucratic obligations. Once you have checked in online and made the payment, you will be sent via email or WhatsApp the QR code to access the facility and the room so that the guest is totally independent on the arrival time.
 

Departure

The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the appointed day.
 

Payment

Payment and balance upon delivery of the keys.
 

Cancellation

Cancellation of the stay must be received at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise any deposit paid will be retained and may be used for another reservation subject to availability.
 

Stay rules

The use of the room is permitted only to persons registered at the time of check-in. Any non-compliance will result in the termination of the contract.
 

Extra costs

Breakfast euro 10,00 per person
Tourist tax: euro 0,14 per person per night up to 14 nights. Children up to 11 years of age are exempt from payment.
